5.1 Registration

Registration with Global Access is free. By registering, you authorize us to share your information with potential employers and partners.

5.2 Verification

We reserve the right to verify the accuracy of information provided, including educational credentials, work experience, and references.

5.3 No Guarantee of Placement

Registration does not guarantee employment placement. We will make reasonable efforts to match qualified candidates with suitable opportunities.

5.4 Training Fees

Some specialized training programs may require payment. All fees will be communicated clearly before enrollment.

6.1 Service Fees

Employers agree to pay service fees as outlined in individual service agreements. Payment terms will be specified in writing.

6.2 Candidate Information

Employers must use candidate information solely for recruitment purposes and maintain confidentiality in accordance with applicable laws.

6.3 Compliance

Employers must comply with all labor laws, employment regulations, and ethical recruitment practices in their jurisdictions.

7.1 Booking and Payment

Travel bookings require advance payment. Cancellation and refund policies vary by service provider and will be communicated at the time of booking.

7.2 Visa Assistance

We provide visa application support but cannot guarantee visa approval. Visa decisions are made by relevant authorities and are beyond our control.

7.3 Travel Documentation

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and required vaccinations.

• All fees are stated in the currency specified in service agreements
• Payment is due as per agreed terms
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• Refund policies vary by service and will be communicated upfront

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Global Access or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce or distribute our content without permission
• Modify or create derivative works
• Use our branding or logos without authorization

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Global Access shall not be liable for:

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Global Access, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these terms
• Your misrepresentation of information
• Your violation of any laws or regulations
• Your infringement of third-party rights

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such collection and use.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without notice, for:

• Violation of these terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Provision of false information
• Any conduct we deem harmful to our business or reputation

14.1 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sierra Leone without regard to conflict of law principles.

14.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sierra Leone.

Before initiating legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation.
